Cannot Annotate Alignment in Model

An alignment has to have Stationing, a Feature Definition, Not be a Regression Line to be able to be Annotated in a Design Model.

Items that can be Annotated using Element Annotation:

Track Centerlines (Horizontal & Vertical)
- Existing, New, Regression
Platform Edges (Coming Soon)
Turnouts (Coming Soon)
